In early 2021, Food Safety Plus was appointed as food safety consultants to assist the Executive Chef and the leadership team maintain the high food safety standards expected by the resort’s clientele.
The consultation process included several onsite visits so that we could gather comprehensive information and propose meaningful improvement in relation to the resort’s food handling practices.
