Internal Audits are an essential requirement in the implementation of an efficient and effective food safety system. This two day intermediate course is designed to provide core skills in the practical aspects of internal quality auditing, from scheduling to reporting on the audit results.

  •  The 6 important principles of internal auditing
  •  Adding value to the organisation through best practice auditing
  •  The roles and responsibilities of an auditor
  •  How to plan and prepare for the audit and why it’s important
  •  Conducting an opening meeting, team meeting and closing meeting
  •  Techniques to gather objective audit evidence
  •  Communicating effectively with the auditee
  •  Preparing and audit report and giving meaningful feedback
